Their products deliver clinical and economic benefits and enhanced clinical outcomes. They are currently looking for a Customer Success Specialist to join their dynamic team in Utrecht. Job Profile for Customer Success Specialist Responsibilities will include but not be limited to: Be the link between customer request and solution Be a service-oriented person with an exclusive customer care approach Ask the right questions and give tailor-made advice Support the Sales team Perform in- and outbound calls Keep the CRM systems up-to-date Work independently and ensure that pre-set goals are achieved Show creativity and responsibility Candidate Profile for Customer Success Specialist Must be fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
