Project Manager – Data Centre – Eemshaven, Netherlands Location: Eemshaven, Netherlands Salary: €80,000 + Benefits We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to oversee the development and expansion of a state-of-the-art data centre in Eemshaven, Netherlands. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage all aspects of data centre construction and expansion projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Manage multiple projects on a campus(es) and maintain updated budgets, schedules, and status reports for each Monitor & create project budget / cost-to-date against overall project budget. Establish project schedules and manage teams to on-time completion Review and approve monthly pay applications from the contractors Review change order requests from contractors and negotiate pricing Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, contractors, and stakeholders, to ensure smooth project delivery. Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and best practices. Manage risks, resolve issues, and implement corrective actions when necessary. Provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders on project progress, milestones, and potential challenges. Oversee procurement processes for materials, equipment, and services. Ensure effective communication between all parties involved to maintain transparency and resolve any issues promptly. Key Requirements: Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction or data centre industry. Strong background in managing large, complex infrastructure projects. Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Knowledge of health, safety, and quality standards relevant to construction and data centre environments. Relevant project management qualifications are highly desirable.
